BENEFITS: strengthens arms & shoulders, building upper body and core power
HINTS: aim for thighs parallel with ground, press firmly through hands creating straight line through shoulders & hips, shoulders away from ears, neck long. Pull core in so back doesn't arch. Hold 5 breaths minimum
BEGINNERS: start with feet lower down
ADVANCED: walk feet higher up, eventually ending up in full hand stand with press ups
