At Yogamanda I will help you find a more peaceful mind with a restored and balanced body on the mat with the ultimate goal being removal of stagnation and blockages hence creating free space through which positive energy can then flow.
If you're feeling in need of relaxation and some 'you' time there's no better way than to invest in an hour of yoga under personal coaching. Perhaps you're training for an event and wish to prevent injury? Or you could benefit if recovering from an injury. Perhaps you feel in need of a de-tox from twisting and inversions? It could be that you would like to learn a strengthening and lengthening exercise regime that can be practised anywhere, any time, for free! If your wish is to delve deeper in to the 'kriyas' (cleansing techniques) and spiritual aspects of yoga, I can guide you on that journey too.
With the asanas (postures) mostly named after animals due to the ancient Indian study of their freedom of movement you will see, once you've practiced for a while, how liberating it is to inhabit a looser body than a bound up tight one. We were designed to move freely; claim back this liberty and bring your mind, body and breath in to union ('yoga') to restore balance
