Nutrition
Nutrition advice according to RDA’s and your goals is included FREE in your PT programme upon completion of a Diet Tracker to support your training regime or perhaps you are seeking sole advice stemming from a fridge cleanse, a carefully devised shopping list or an accompanied trip to your local supermarket.
Diminish fatigue and bloating; feel energised, sleep sound.
Classes / Groups
I teach a range of classes such as Spin, Abs, Supple Strength, Circuits and Power Sculpt as well as leading outdoor group activities. Please get in touch if you would like to participate or require class cover.
